Return and Exchange Policy

How much time do I have to return an item?
You have 7 days from the moment your package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be accepted.

What are the conditions for returning items?
Returned items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and include all original tags and accessories.

Are there any fees for returns?
Yes, return fees vary depending on the type of order:

  • Returns for Refund: A 20% restocking fee applies
  • Exchanges: Prepaid return label shipping will be issued free of charge,  $19 per item for shipping the replacement.

Note: Any expedited or international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy Highlights
We waive the restocking fee for size exchanges of the same item. If you'd like a different color or product, request a refund and place a new order. Items received through exchange are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged further.

What if my item is defective?
If an item arrives defective, notify us within 48 hours with detailed photos. After this period, the regular return policy applies. Defective items are replaced with the exact same product, not a different size or color.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Shipping Timelines for Returns

  • Domestic Returns: Ship your return within 5 business days after receiving the prepaid label.

Can I refuse delivery for a return?
Refused packages will be treated as return requests and are subject to all applicable fees, including restocking and shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and verified. It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Quinceañera and special-order dresses
  • Outlet and final sale items
  • Products marked "Not eligible for return/exchange" on the product page
  • Items received from an exchange

Order Cancellations
Made-to-order dresses must be canceled within 24 hours of the confirmation email. Beyond this timeframe, production cannot be stopped, and the item will fall under the regular return policy or exclusions.

Refer to the size chart and measuring guide on the product page for the best fit. Please note that special occasion dresses often require alterations for a perfect fit.
